Kay... a little bit hard for me to undestand what you meant. o_o;;
If you mean space between the start of it all and "Welcome to my Userpage!" then I just use <br> codes. Without the spaces.

Without <br> it should be like this.
hi

With <br> it should be like this:

hi

and to make it centered you just type in <center> and the part that has been centered ends with </center> (without the spaces) , like this: <center>Welcome to my userpage!</center>
